Warranty applies to the hose only. Accessories and fittings are excluded.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or use, excessive water pressure, kinking, crushing, cutting, puncturing, chemicals, fertilisers, herbicides, machinery, animals, extreme conditions, normal wear and tear, modification or unauthorised repairs.

The warranty does not cover hoses left outdoors permanently or continuously full of water and under pressure when not in use.

For best results, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, turn off the water supply when not in use and protect the hose from physical damage and chemicals.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase, return & inspection of the hose.
